Ordering Policy
Here is an outline for our ordering policy and how we operate. To keep up with ever-growing demands of customers, we continuously add more products to our inventory, not all items will be physically stocked at all times, unfortunately we don't have the capabilities to do that yet. We will be placing monthly orders through our distributors, which means you can shop, and we will order the items the third week of each month and begin fulfilling orders on our end the first week of the following month. This helps us cut down on shipping and other behind the scenes expenses so we can make sure we can give the best experience and maintain running a healthy business. Now, as we grow, we will start to place orders on a bi-weekly, and even weekly, basis. We thank you for your support! Here's a detailed outline of our structure.
HOW IT WORKS

We will have on-hand inventory as well that can be specifically searched under "in stock" on our website, for those that don't want to wait.

Items that are physically stocked will be shipped immediately, unless ordered with items that are not actively stocked.

Orders will be open between the 1st and the 18th of each month. (excluding "in stock" items)

We will begin placing orders with our distributors on the 20th of each month and begin fulfilling your orders the first week of the following month (pending item availability)

Some items may be pre-orders, which will be labeled and have estimated shipping dates.

Once an order is placed you will receive emailed updates on the status of your order.
POLICY

We will be fulfilling orders on a monthly basis, so expect longer wait times than usual.

You will be charged at the time you place your order.

You may request to cancel an order until the 18th of each month (for items ordered during that corresponding month) unless otherwise communicated, after the 18th, a cancellation may still be requested but will have a fee.

There will be a 25% cancellation fee if you request to cancel your order after the 19th. Please shop responsibly.

You may place additional orders to have items shipped together within the month (pending item availability)

Special-Order items may not be returned per our return policy, however, pending certain issues that may arise with smaller items, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.

Any order placed consisting of both, in stock items and items needing to be ordered, will have in stock items held until other items arrive, to be shipped together, unless specially requested (additional shipping charges may apply). (Excludes pre-order and back-order items)
* Please have patience with us as we cannot/do not have any control over these potential estimated dates or any changes with them.
* Please note that estimated item availability may be incorrect sometimes. We do our best to stay up to date with availability dates, however, distributors/manufacturers do have their own setbacks sometimes and can possibly create misinformation on our end. We apologize for any potential miscommunications.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason we deem necessary.
