📦 Product Conditions

We care about your collecting experience, but please note the following:

• We receive factory-sealed cases directly from distributors and do not open or inspect individual packaging for cosmetic flaws.

• Damaged packaging will not be shipped without prior communication with you.

• Requests for hand-picked or mint-condition packaging may be honored with an additional handling fee, determined on a case-by-case basis based on product value and inspection time.

🛑 We do not guarantee "collector-grade" packaging unless specifically arranged.

 

⏳ Pre-Order Policy

Placing a pre-order indicates your agreement with the following terms:

🔄 Order Fulfillment

• Pre-orders may be subject to cancellation due to supply issues, allocations, or manufacturer shortfalls.

• In such cases, a full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable processing fees (see below).

💳 Transaction Fees

• If you request a refund, PayPal transaction fees will not be reimbursed, per PayPal’s policy.
  Please refer to PayPal.com for current fee information.

❌ Cancellation by Customer

• Voluntary cancellation of a pre-order will incur a 25% restocking fee.

• This fee covers administrative time, reserved inventory loss, and processing.

⚠️ Please shop responsibly. Pre-orders represent a commitment to purchase.

 

📅 Release Dates & Delays

• Product release dates are estimates and may shift due to manufacturer or distributor changes.

• We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including those caused by international shipping, production changes, or distributor reallocation.

• Products may not arrive by their originally advertised release date.

 

🤝 Manual Pre-Order Handling

To reduce risk of:

• Overselling limited items

• Fraudulent purchases

• Platform-based overstock

...we manage all pre-orders manually via PayPal invoicing and WhatsApp coordination.

📌 Important Notes

• Item availability dates may not always be accurate due to upstream supplier changes. We will update customers as information becomes available.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: payment discrepancies, risk of fraud, pricing errors, or inventory miscounts.
