✅ Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window to ensure your satisfaction. You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item if the following conditions are met:

  • 🧼 Condition: Item must be unused, unopened, unworn, and damage-free with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • 🧾 Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@changzcollectionz.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label and shipping instructions.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and ineligible for return:

  • ❌ Special-order items or custom requests

  • ❌ Pre-order cancellations (subject to 25% cancellation fee)
