At Changz Collectionz, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our 14-day return policy ensures a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: Item must be unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

Livestream Purchases
All items purchased and opened during livestreams are final sale and non-refundable. Please shop carefully during these events.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@changzcollectionz.com to resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and special-order products are not eligible for returns.
Requests to cancel pre-orders will incur a 25% fee.
Livestream sales

Pre-Order Policy
In rare cases, pre-orders may be canceled by Changz Collectionz due to manufacturer or distributor issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for corresponding items.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
