📦 Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after order confirmation.

  • Available-to-Order Items: Shipped as soon as they arrive in stock. You’ll receive a separate email once shipped.

💸 Shipping Rates (U.S. Domestic Only)

Flat-rate shipping based on total package weight:

Note: Shipping costs may fluctuate based on carrier rates.

 

✍️ Signature Confirmation

All orders of $150 or more will include a 5% "signature required" fee to protect your shipment and minimize delivery issues.
This rate may be adjusted without notice based on shipping provider costs.

⏳ Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Pre-orders and special orders may be subject to manufacturing or distribution delays beyond our control.

🃏 Trading Card Singles Handling Fee

To ensure the safe delivery of collectible cards, all orders containing single trading cards will incur a $2 handling fee per order.

This covers:

  • Card sleeves and top loaders

  • Rigid shipping mailers

  • Extra care and quality control during packing

💡 Fee is added at checkout automatically.

 

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipment, contact us with your name and order number.

📦 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items.

  3. We’ll evaluate the situation case-by-case and aim for a fair resolution.

  4. Orders will include standard insurance provided by shipping carriers. For additional insurance, please communicate with us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply. 

  5. Not insuring orders may result in a loss. 

 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Receipt/proof of purchase is provided

💰 Refunds are issued minus original shipping costs.
📦 Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
